All non-graded cards are considered in near mint condition unless otherwise specified in listing for all cards after the year 2000.

We are available to answer questions Monday-Friday during business hours from 9:00am-4:00pm. Questions asked during off hours will be answered the following business day. Please message us about items before you make a purchase.

Due to the volatility of the trading card market, all sales are FINAL. The only exception would be if we make an error with the order. In that case please contact us directly so we can resolve the situation.

If there are extenuating circumstances and we approve a return, the buyer may be subject to a restocking fee.

SMR Collectibles is not responsible for any damage or manufacturer errors in sealed products..

All of our shipping costs include a nominal handling fee. We aim to provide quality efficient service.

For items ending over $90, shipping charges include the cost of USPS insurance.

We are now offering local pickup on select memorabilia

• All pickup orders are subject to a $5 processing fee.
• Large framed items (any side 30' or more) have a $20 associated fee for pickup.
• Large quantity orders please message for more information.

States that have now implemented regulations for internet purchases are required to pay their state sales tax on items, this is state law and not our policy.

For international purchases, import duties & taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
